The University Scholar Award is reserved for the top 1% of the entire student population (irrespective of discipline) of the University of Texas at Arlington. I was given the award at the annual President's Convocation Ceremony.
The Dennis S. Marynick Scholarship is given to students who have done outstanding research in physical chemistry. Details about my research are in the research section (see physical chemistry research).
